I have only read a few of your blog entries and have been inspired and touched.. there are not many things that I feel touched by and almost to the point of tears :) I'm sure many have told you, that you are a great inspiration.. I too have often be discouraged by fellow brothers and sisters who are also human, just that I seem to forget.. and think that christians are "supposed" to be a certain way.. and I totally get why non christians often say how hypocritical christians are.. I am not perfect either.. I think I try to be but I see all my flaws in the process..and I often struggle with it internally and sometimes feeling alone even when I share them.. We can only do all things through him who gives us strength and it is by Grace alone through faith in Jesus which saves us. I will continue reading :) wow..

To me, the hypocrisy was in his former life.<br /><br />I had an encounter with Donny years ago when I was a subscriber to one of his internet sites. Via some type of spyware my password was compromised and I received a threatening and angry email from him. I had to respond due to the threats he made, and the next email he sent me was so pitiful in its content I can remember it to this day. Donny was so obviously and desperately unhappy he basically poured his heart out to a total stranger whom he had threatened viciously the day before. That he would continue to put his life and efforts into something that made him so unhappy and conflicted is to me the worst kind of internal hypocrisy.<br /><br />Good luck in your new life. Hypocrisy is when you profess something and then do something different. He <i>was</i> doing something contrary to what he professes now. That is not to say he won't screw up and won't have to deal with a lot of issues, all Christians do. That is not hypocrisy, that is living humbly by faith. It isn't perfect, but it is honest. It definitely seems like Donny has been quite open with his struggles and I applaud him for that. So it is hypocritical to admit when he is wrong and turn away from it?
