A Face to Melt For…

This morning I started my day by walking the trail for almost 3 hours, taking my time and enjoying being outside in the nice weather.

I sat at home most of the rest of the day, occupying my time with things like organizing photos and reminiscing. It was very nice. Here are a few photos of Caden from December 10th, 2005. We were on our way to San Diego to visit my mother.

I sure love this kid! He’s an amazing child.

After reading this blog entry Kelly Koolhoven from Bella Rose Photography emailed me this photo of Caden, which until a few minutes ago I had never seen. Beautiful!!!

    Adorable! I got to visit with Caden (and his mommy) today; and yes, he’s a great kid! He enjoyed getting very muddy in our backyard this evening! lol

    Hey Donny, I just wanted to say that I check in on your blog every few days and it’s been SUCH a great source of encouragement to me. I’ve been a little discouraged about some things lately, but reading about what is happening in your life is a source of GREAT joy, sometimes I literally leap for joy! Or cry!
    Me and Barb are probably coming to Bethel Church Friday.
    Caden is a precious little guy. I hope you will be able to see Troy’s son, Emerson. Pretty cute too!!!!

    Great pic. Handsome boy. The innocence in his eyes is clear. May God protect him and lead him. Thank God that his father is pursuing God now and that pursuit will be inprinted on his heart when he is ready to pursue Him as well.

    Your pics and you with your son reminds me of a song I hope will encourage you as much as it has me, as well as challenge me in my walk before God and my son. Not to mention my wife as well.
