The shelter will allow them to be adopted but isn't too eager to let them go. They are very happy and have an enormous living area, bigger than many back yards, and a rooster friend who protects them. The rooster kept following me around and eyeballing me suspiciously. When I left the area he let out a big "mission accomplished" crow. It was funny. If another comes in I'll look at it. But those two are very happy with their rooster friend. Carrie,
